We offer custom made hearing protection products designed for specific noise related environments, for when your hearing is at potential risk.

Custom made products can be tailored to allow some sounds to come through like voices clearly and block out other noise which are a potential risk. Our custom fit products and aimed for protection at work or in more specilised environments.
Custom fit hearing protection
One of our trained Audiologists will take an impression of your ear, which is a painless and quick process. Each ear protection plug is made from a medical grade silicone substance which is soft and durable, enabling a comfortable fit and guaranteeing a high level of protection.
All ear plugs come manufactured in transparent colouring or can be customized in different colors of your choice. Our ear plugs come in a variety of options each tailored to its specific purpose. From general use to specialised products for Swimmers, Shooters, Motorcyclists, Musicians and DJs and sleeping plugs. (See below for details or more information).
Swim Plugs
Designed to block water getting into your ears, the swimming plug fits deep into the ear canal and covers the bowl of your ear. This protection prevents water from entering the ear canal which can be the cause of infections. The custom plug through use does not shrink nor harden and options are available which allows them to float.
Custom hearing protection for motorcyclists
Wind and engine noise are a constant problem for Motorcyclists and can have a damaging effect on your hearing. Our custom hearing plugs are designed to protect your hearing by cutting out harmful sound levels whilst sitting comfortably in your ear without restricting your helmet.
Custom hearing protection for shooting
Shooting ear plugs include a special filter to stop harmful frequencies entering the ear but cuts out no sound than what is necessary to protect your ears, allowing you to hear conversations. These were original designed for military use and can be used in other situations where sudden noises occur.
Custom hearing protection for musicians and nightclubs
Prolonged exposure to loud music can damage your hearing, by wearing Musicians ear plugs whilst practicing, performing and listening to music will protect your hearing from the effects of overexposure to loud sound throughout your life. These custom plugs reduce in ambient noise by 9, 15 or 25dB(A), whilst maintaining clarity. They protect your hearing without spoiling your enjoyment of the music. You will also hear conversations clearly over the high level of sounds around you which are reduced.
Custom hearing protection for Tradesman & Genaral use
Noise exposure from drilling, grinding, sanding and other power tools during building, home maintenance, and vehicle repairs can expose noise levels above 85 dB which can damage your hearing. Our custom fit earplugs are comfortable and ensure that your job/hobby are not having any lasting effects on your hearing.
Sleep Plugs
Sleep can be affected by many things such as a snoring partner, noisy neighbors/neighborhood, all of which can affect an individual’s sleep causing stress and other problems. Our custom sleep plugs block out all the surrounding noises giving you a tranquil sleep.
